1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Harvest website, extension, presale features, game-related services, and related content (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using Harvest, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to use Harvest.

By using the Services, you represent that:

  • you are legally able to enter into these Terms;
  • you are not prohibited from using the Services under applicable law;
  • you will use the Services only for lawful purposes.

3. Nature of the Services

Harvest is a blockchain-based gaming ecosystem. Certain features may be under development, in test phases, subject to change, or not yet released.

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

4. Wallet Connection

To use certain parts of Harvest, you may need to connect a compatible third-party wallet, such as MetaMask or another supported wallet provider.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • wallets are provided by third parties, not by Harvest;
  • you are solely responsible for your wallet, seed phrase, private keys, passwords, and device security;
  • Harvest does not control or reverse blockchain transactions;
  • blockchain transactions may be irreversible.

5. Presale and NFT Access

Certain access rights, eligibility features, or ecosystem participation may require ownership of a presale NFT or other officially announced digital asset.

Participation in a presale does not guarantee:

  • future token issuance;
  • airdrops;
  • exchange listings;
  • profits;
  • financial returns;
  • uninterrupted access to all future features.

Any presale terms, access conditions, or eligibility rules may be described in separate project materials or official announcements.

6. Testnet, Points, and Eligibility Programs

Harvest may offer testnet participation, points systems, quests, access programs, or similar activities.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in an official announcement:

  • points have no cash value;
  • points are not property;
  • points are not transferable;
  • participation does not guarantee rewards, allocations, or financial benefits;
  • eligibility rules may change.

We reserve the right to review, adjust, invalidate, or remove points, access, or participation status in cases of suspected abuse, manipulation, fraud, or rule violations.

7. No Financial or Investment Advice

All content provided by Harvest is for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Nothing in the Services, website, community content, announcements, or materials constitutes:

  • investment advice;
  • financial advice;
  • trading advice;
  • legal advice;
  • tax advice.

You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should consult qualified professional advisors where appropriate.

8. Token and NFT Notice

Unless officially announced through Harvest’s verified official channels:

  • there is no official Harvest token;
  • there is no official tokenomics or coin information;
  • there is no official contract address;
  • there is no official NFT, except where expressly announced by Harvest.

You should not rely on unofficial assets, claims, contracts, listings, or announcements using the Harvest name.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • violate any law or regulation;
  • use bots, scripts, automation, or exploit tools unless expressly allowed;
  • attempt to manipulate points, presale eligibility, quests, social linking, or reward systems;
  • interfere with the Services, infrastructure, or security systems;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliation;
  • upload malicious code or conduct attacks;
  • harvest data or scrape content without authorization;
  • use Harvest for fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive conduct.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Harvest and its associated content, branding, artwork, text, software, visuals, game materials, and documentation are owned by or licensed to Harvest and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of Harvest intellectual property.

11. Third-Party Services

Harvest may rely on or integrate with third-party services, including wallet providers, blockchain networks, hosting providers, analytics providers, Discord, and X.

We are not responsible for the availability, actions, content, security, or policies of third-party services.

Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

12. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Harvest does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at all times.

We do not guarantee:

  • future functionality;
  • future token launches;
  • airdrops;
  • rewards;
  • ecosystem growth outcomes;
  • compatibility with all devices, wallets, or networks.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harvest and its affiliates, contributors, team members, partners, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, digital assets, data, opportunity, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to all or part of the Services if we reasonably believe that you:

  • violated these Terms;
  • engaged in fraud, abuse, or manipulation;
  • created legal, security, or reputational risk;
  • interfered with the fair operation of Harvest.

15. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we may post the updated Terms and revise the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
